I live in Guam and I am buying something on ebay. This seller acts as if they have no idea how to ship to Guam and is charging me like 60 for shipping for an item that should cost 10.00 to ship. Is their anyway for me to pay for the shipping online and them to print out the postage at their location?

1There are a lot of sellers who inflate shipping costs. One reason could be because Ebay gets a percentage of the total amount that the product sold for. Another reason is just to make more money. You can report the person to Ebay for inflating shipping if it is that much more, but I would suggest not purchasing an item from that Seller.
