I have a package that i have tracked online, that says "inbound out of customs". and that was last updated online on the 18th. what does that mean? here is the list that reads online

1Every package entering the US from foreign countries require clearance from United States Customs. The process is usually relatively quick as long all the documents required and fees are paid.
Inbound out-of-customs means it was already released and it's on it way to be delivered.
You should be receiving your package shortly.
